This policy explains what information SentinelCore Network Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, who else receives it, and what choices you have. It covers this website only.
Information you give us
When you submit the quote request form, we receive whatever you enter into it:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your company name
- The service you selected and how urgent it is
- Any project or site details you choose to describe
- Your consent confirmation
If you start a conversation in the live chat window, the contents of that chat and any contact details you provide in it are also collected.
Information collected automatically
Our web server records standard access information for every request: your IP address, browser user-agent, the pages requested, and the date and time. This is kept as an operational and security record.
Analytics and advertising tools also record how you arrived at the site, which pages you viewed, and whether you submitted the form or tapped a phone number.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out work you ask us to do, and measure whether our advertising is reaching the right people. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else receives it
We use third-party services to run this site. Each one necessarily processes some of your data in order to do its job:
- FormSubmit — processes and delivers the quote request form. Everything you type into that form passes through this service on its way to us.
- Google — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion measurement. These tell us which advert or search brought you here and whether you made an enquiry. They do not tell us who you are by name.
- Tidio — provides the live chat widget and processes chat messages.
Our hosting provider stores the website and its server logs. Nobody else receives your information.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics, Google Ads and Tidio set cookies in your browser. These are used to measure site usage, attribute enquiries to the advert or search that produced them, and keep a chat session continuous.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will continue to work, though the chat widget may not remember an earlier conversation.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a normal business record of work quoted and performed. Server logs are retained on a short operational cycle. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask us and we will remove them.

- You can ask what information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct it.
- You can ask us to delete it.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection and access to enquiry records is limited to people who need it in order to respond to you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
